Cancellation Policy

Guidelines for Online Bookings 1. General Terms and Conditions By booking a group course, a private lesson, or a therapy/treatment session, you acknowledge the following guidelines: • Payment is made online directly upon booking. • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth process for all participants. Group courses will take place with a minimum of three participants. Group courses that are booked but canceled due to insufficient participants can be rescheduled within one month. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations are only possible up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. • For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be retained. 3. Policy for Group Courses • If you are unable to attend a booked group course, you have the opportunity to reschedule within one month. • Please contact us in good time to find a suitable alternative date. 4. Rules for Individual Lessons, Therapies, and Treatments • If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, you must reschedule by phone. • Alternative appointments can only be arranged by phone and are subject to availability. 5. Miscellaneous • Vitamed Mallorca reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses or treatments for important reasons (e.g., illness of the therapist). In this case, an alternative date will be offered. • If you have any questions or requests to change your booking, please contact us by phone or email.
