Guidelines for Online Bookings 1. General Terms and Conditions By booking a group course, individual session, or therapy/treatment session, you agree to the following guidelines: • Payment is made online directly at the time of booking. • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth process for all participants. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations are only possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. • For cancellations made later than this, or in the case of no-shows, the full amount will be retained. 4. Policy for Individual Sessions, Therapies, and Treatments • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you must reschedule by phone. • Rescheduled appointments can only be arranged by phone and are subject to availability. 5. Other Information • Vitamed Mallorca reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses or treatments for important reasons (e.g., therapist illness).
